  练成空手道回旋踢方法如下:  先练好劈挂腿和外摆腿,练好后由劈挂腿参照外摆腿慢慢改,因为转身后摆腿是用脚跟或脚面打人,改成另一种踢法即向外的劈挂腿。向外的劈挂腿以右腿为例向身体左侧起右腿并转过腰胯向外当起到一定高度时,由跨发力力的转导路线为胯大腿小腿脚发力时右腿脚跟要转向敌人的角度,然后小腿再以快速的弯曲打人,这样就能踢出整个身体的力量所以这个力量是相当大的,这叫外摆劈挂腿而后旋踢是以格斗式站立,先转身随后立即起后腿回旋转到一定角度后发力以外摆劈挂腿的方式踢腿,先转身但是要还没转完身的时候踢腿,对动作的连贯性要求很高这样的后旋踢力量是很大的因为它是集中身体的力量发出破坏性极强。
